At Mehez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following options:

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Conditions for Return/Exchange: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable Items: Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
